20 Minute Yoga for Indigestion
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today, I'm sharing a 20 minute yoga routine to help with your digestion after a large meal.
This type of yoga class is somewhat of a tradition for me since I post one around this time every year. This is the time of year where many of us are celebrating holidays and holiday parties, and we may be overeating. Therefore, I feel like this type of yoga sequence is very much needed.
It may not completely cure your full, gassy, bloated feeling, but it will hopefully get your body moving a bit, which will help you to feel a bit better.
