Yoga to Help Manage Stress - Day 6
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today is Day 6 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge, and we are doing a yin-style yoga class for stress management.
In today's class, we'll be taking longer moments to pause and quiet the mind. Practicing those long pauses and moments of quiet is a great way to manage your stress and deal with it more easily.
For this class, you will need one yoga block (sub with a thick book or get one here) and one yoga bolster (sub w/ a large pillow or get one here).
