Hi my lovely yogi friends! Welcome back for another Monday video! In today's video, I am showing you a 10 minute basic yoga warm up routine that you can do before a workout or even a run! This sequence will begin by warming you up through your core and then work it's way outward towards your legs and the rest of your body.
