Side Body Yoga Stretch
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! In today's yoga video, I am sharing a 15 Minute Side Body Yoga Stretch to stretch out your obliques and a bit of leg and hip stretches as well.
This one is great for giving your body some mobility and length. It will help you to alleviate some of that morning stiffness that you may feel when you wake up. It's the perfect stretch to do if you're feeling a bit tight overall.
This is great for all levels, but it's a nice yoga for beginners stretch as well. No yoga props needed!
