10 Minute Beginners Hamstring Stretch
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! In today's video, I will be sharing a beginners 10 min yoga stretch for hamstring flexibility. This is a quick and simple stretch that you can do if you are short on time and looking to gain some flexibility in your hamstrings.
For this class, you will need a yoga strap (sub w/ a scarf or get it here) and a yoga blanket (sub w/ a thick towel or get it here).
