Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today, I am sharing a 25 Minute Yoga Cool Down stretch for sore muscle recovery.
This is perfect for after a workout or even several days after an intense workout if your muscles are feeling really sore and tight. Do this routine to speed up the process of recovering your muscles so that you can get back to feeling better faster!
I decided to try a different style of video this time with a voiceover and I also added some soothing music.
