5 Minute Guided Morning Mediation
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! This is a 5 min guided visualization meditation to start a new day!
You can do this meditation in easy pose (sukhasana) sitting on the ground, or seated in a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Just be sure that your spine is straight.
This is a sunrise visualization meditation to start fresh, clear your head, and clear your mind. Its a very calming meditation to start your day off right!
