10 Minute Yoga for Low Back
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! This is a 10 minute yoga routine for the lower back.
This yoga sequence is not appropriate for someone with a back injury. It is better suited for someone who sits down all day and is looking to strengthen and stretch the lower back area.
As always, please discontinue any movement that causes pain.
You will need a yoga blanket (get one here) and a yoga bolster (get one here).
