Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! This one is a 10 minute Hands Free / Wrist Free Vinyasa Yoga Flow Routine!
If you have weak and tired wrists, perhaps a broken finger, or a wrist injury, this is a great one to do! However, you are ALWAYS doing these routines at your own risk, and if you ever have any concerns about starting anything new, especially if you are injured, then definitely consult your physician first.
